Refund and Returns Policy
My Refund and Returns Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have Passed since your Purchase, I can’t offer you a Refund or Exchange.
Refunds
All of my Products are Non-Refundable; as they are all Handmade, Custom, Personalised Products. I will Send a Digital Image to you of my Plan for Making your Product; before I begin Creating it, to ensure you are Satisfied with everything, and if you’re not happy with any aspect; I can Make any Changes before Creating your Product.
I ONLY Replace Items if they are Defective or Damaged in transit through Delivery, as everything will leave my Premises in pristine Condition.
Exchanges & Shipping Returns
If you need to Exchange the Damaged Product for the same Product, Send me an E-Mail and I’ll Send you my Postal Address to Return your Damaged Item.
To be eligible for a Return, your Product must be Unused and in the same Condition that you Received it. It must also be in the original Packaging.
You will be Responsible for Paying for your own Shipping Costs for Returning your Item. Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.
If you are Returning more Expensive items, you may consider using a Trackable Shipping Service as I can’t guarantee I will Receive your Returned Item.
If you Qualify for a Refund, and you accept the Refund, it’s then your Decision if you Want to Order the same Gift again. If you Choose to Order the Gift again you will have to Pay for it again.
Depending on where you Live, the time it may take for your Exchanged Product to Reach you may Vary, especially as the Item will have to be Handmade once Again.
Refund Process
Once your Return is Received and Inspected; I will send you an E-Mail to notify you that I have Received your Returned Item. I will also notify you of the Approval or Rejection of your Refund.
If you are Approved, then your Refund will be Processed, and a Credit will automatically be applied to your Credit Card or original method of Payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a Refund after a few Days, first check your Bank Account again.
Then contact your Credit Card Company; it may take some time before your Refund is officially Posted.
Next contact your Bank. There is often some Processing time before a Refund is Posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not Received your Refund yet, please Contact me at [email protected] and I will figure out what has gone wrong.
Alternative to Returning Damaged Products
As a Small Business Owner, I completely understand the Expense with Posting Items. If it is too expensive to Return the Damaged Product; then I will need to be Sent Clear Proof that the Product I Made has been Damaged & is Deemed Un-Fit for Use.
Photographs of the Damage can be Sent to my E-Mail address. I will then Inspect them to Clarify if they are indeed Damaged and Cannot be Displayed or Gifted. I will get back to you through E-Mail with my Observations and let you know if you Qualify for a Full or Partial Refund. My Decision is Final.
