Purchasing from my Store: Terms and Conditions
Customers must be at least 18 Years Old to Purchase Products from my Store, therefore by Making a Purchase; you Confirm you are a Legal Adult and have the Capacity and Understanding of your Actions.
You agree to provide Full, Accurate Information when Making a Purchase from my Store. Customers are prohibited from using a Fake or False E-mail address, or Pretend to be Someone other than Yourself.
If You Change your Surname, Billing Information, E-Mail Address or Physical Address, you can Log In to your Account on the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ Tab on my Menu and Update your Information.
My Products are not to be used in any Illegal Purpose, they are not to be Re-Sold (unless you are a Wholesale Customer), Copied or Re-Produced. My Work is not to be Re-Done as your own Idea, Tutorial, or Gift. Thoughtful D.I.Y. Creations has Full Ownership over all Products on the Blog and Website.
I reserve the Right to Refuse my Services to anyone at any Time without Explanation.
I have made every effort to Display as Accurately as Possible the Images and Colours of my Products. I can’t Guarantee that your Computer/Phone/Laptop’s Monitor or Screen will Display the Colour Accurately or be a True Representation of my Products.
Pricing: Terms and Conditions
Prices on my Store are in Euro and VAT is Included.
The Price of my Products can Change at any Time. I will do my very best to keep my Products at the same Price, but Circumstances such as the Cost of Materials, Packaging Supplies for your Order, and Art and Craft Supplies Increasing; I will therefore have no Option but to also Increase my Price.
My Prices may also Increase as I may have underestimated the Time it takes to Create a Product.
Every Product is Custom made, therefore the Time it takes to: Research Supplies to make your Gift more Personal, Design the Gift on my Computer, Send the Customer a Digital Copy of my Plan, Make any Changes if necessary, and then Finally Make the Gift all take up a considerable amount of Time.
So much Work, Dedication, Love and Care goes into each Handmade Gift.
Please take all this into Consideration when you see the Price of my Products. They are Handmade Items; they are Not Mass Produced in a Factory.
I Complete every Task from Start to Finish with your Order, as well as Advertising on Social Media and Keeping the Online Store and Blog up to Date.
Consent to Advertise my Products: Terms and Conditions
When you Place an Order from my Online Store: thoughtfuldiycreations.com You are giving Consent to have your Handmade Item on my Store and across all my Social Media as an example of a Product I Sell. I have Ownership over my Handmade Products.
As a Small Business Owner, I need to Advertise my Products as this is How I gain Customers; from Showing them What I Have Created. I will Show Full Names and Dates of the Event on my Products e.g. the Birthday or Wedding Date, on my Store and Social Media.
I completely Respect Customers Right to Privacy. therefore I WILL NOT Post anyone’s Physical Address or Church Address anywhere on my Store or Social Media if they are Included on a Gift I Created. I will Cover those Details Completely on the Image or Not Post them at all.
I WILL NOT Post anyone’s Face or Identity if a Photo is Included on my Products. I will Cover/Blur the Persons Face, or Choose Not to Post that Gift on my Store or Social Media at all.
I WILL NOT Post any Photo of anyone’s House; if it is Included in a Gift I have Created.
General Terms and Conditions
I reserve the Right to Discontinue a Product at any Time. Many Factors can come into this; it’s not a Popular or Profitable Item. The Cost of Materials are too Expensive. The Materials are too Difficult to Source.
As my Store is based Online; I can’t guarantee that your Wi-Fi Signal is Strong, Secure and running Smoothly. If your Wi-Fi gets Disconnected or Interrupted while Placing your Order on my Store, it is your Responsibility to ensure you haven’t Paid twice for the same Product.
Leaving Reviews: Terms and Conditions
Reviews are Helpful for my Business and future Customers as they are providing Information on the Products I Create; from your experience as a Customer.
Reviews are Only Permitted on my Store from Verified Customers; who have a Verified E-Mail Address.
Reviews on my Store should be Respectful, Truthful and Fair. I have the Right to Refuse to Publish Reviews which are Offensive, Unfair, Defamatory or Abusive in any way.
Reviews cannot Violate any Right of any Third Party; including Copyright, Trademark or Privacy.
The Customer is Responsible for any Comments they leave on my Store. Information Regarding Cookies or Privacy can be found on my ‘Cookie Policy’ and my ‘Privacy Policy’, which can both be found on the Footer (bottom) part of my Website. By leaving a Review on my Store; you Agree to Both the Cookie and Privacy Policy.
Customer Agrees that they have Not Included any Computer Virus or other Malicious Malware or Code anywhere in the Review, that would affect the Running and Operating of my Website. Immediate Legal Action Will be Taken if this Right is Violated.

None of my Information may be used for Your Own Purposes or Unlawful Purposes. My Information and Work is not to be Transferred, Copied, or Reproduced in any Way.
My Character or Business Name will Not be Accepting any Abuse, Slander, Threats or any Negative Actions or Behaviour.
You understand that your Content (Not Including Credit Card Information) may be transferred unencrypted and Involve A.) Transmissions over various Networks and B.) Changes to conform and adopt to Technical Requirements of Connecting Networks or Devices.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS ALWAYS ENCRYPTED DURING TRANSFER OVER NETWORKS.
